To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition and must not have been removed from its original packaging. For carded models (items still attached to their original blister packaging), the integrity of the card and plastic bubble must be preserved; any signs of tampering, crushing, or damage to the packaging may render the item ineligible for return, as this significantly affects the collectible value.
Return Timeframe
You have a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations. If you wish to proceed with a return, please log into your account on authentictoyhorse.com or contact our customer service team through the website’s inquiry form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It is crucial to obtain this authorization before sending any items back, as packages returned without prior approval may not be processed.
The Return Process

Please ensure that all original packaging materials, tags, and accessories are included with the return shipment.
